JTs General Store and PayPal are owners of the information collected through this
Web site. JTs General Store only gathers information we need to serve you better and will not - without your consent - sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this
statement except in cases where in good faith we believe that the law requires us to do so, it is necessary to protect JTs General Store's rights and/or property, or if circumstances necessitate acting to

Order Handling
We only accept orders from the United States. Orders will be
shipped by USPS Priority Mail from our route in Alton, Illinois. (Orders from the comprehensive JTs General Store site will be shipped by UPS from Chicago Illinois.) Shipping & Handling charges are no longer a fixed fee. One 9.5oz. (NET WT) shaker with packaging is less than one pound so qualifies for Priority Mail's minimum $4.80 shipping
fee. Nine shakers will fit in a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box that ships for $9.80. If you would like to order more than nine shakers contact us at jtman@4sullivans.com with your zip code and quantity and we will calculate shipping based on location and weight.

Since we are now shipping at (nearer) real cost we have reduced the price of Krazy Salt - it is now $4.99.
You can pay with your PayPal account or credit card. PayPal is handling our credit card authorizations. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay
through their service. They accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. (Note that on the PayPal form you must enter your credit card number
without dashes. Using dashes will result in an "invalid number" error.)
Or pay with a cashier's check, money order or personal check. We will hold
personal checks for 10 business days before shipping your order. Please add items to the shopping cart, add Illinois sales tax if order is to be shipped to Illinois, click
the GO TO PAYMENTS button, fill in your billing information then print that page and mail it with your check or money order to:

Order Confirmation
We will get back to you within 24 hours by email with order confirmation. We
make every effort to ship the next business day after receiving your order. We will follow up with shipping confirmation, your tracking number and an estimated delivery date as soon as your order is shipped.
Return Policy
You may return any item purchased for refund or exchange within 14 days of
delivery. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error. Refunds are credited upon receipt of the merchandise.

- Let us know the reason for return and action to be taken, such as credit or exchange.
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible, including the return authorization information.
- We will include the proper return address with your authorization.
